Budget House offers free, confidential and non-judgmental one-on-one financial mentoring and group community education to the Taupō & Tūrangi region.
Our financial mentors work alongside you and your whanau to empower you and provide guidance to help you get control of your money and plan for the future.

Budget House does not take your money off you or control how you use it.

Our service is free of charge. There is no cost for an appointment to see a financial mentor at Budget House.

Please bring your mobile phone to be able to access MyMSD and/or MyIR if applicable. Bring a payslip if are working. Also, bring along recent bank statements and any bills or statements from expenses or things you are paying for.

Usually, each one-on-one appointment is scheduled for 1 hour.
